12/27/06 Members of the community, the Covenant House Board and staff, and friends honor Pat and Barb with a farewell party at the Drop In Center.
12/27/06 Mayor Danny Jones unveils a street sign designating the passageway next to Covenant House as Hussey Ferraro Way in recognition of Pat and Barbara's contribution to the city.
12/19/06 Covenant House begins its week-long Adopt A Family gift giving. Food donated by Trinity Lutheran and gifts given by many families, congregations, businesses and individuals line the halls and Conference Room.

Clothing Closet volunteers gathered with Pat and Barbara for their annual Thank You/Holiday luncheon.

World AIDS Day: For the fourth year, Dan Connery, well known Yoga instructor, donated his time and resources to raise funds for Covenant House and the Elizabeth Glasser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Staff members Hannah and Tonya set up an information table at the event.

11/5/06 The Unitarian Universalist Congregation invited Pat and Barbara and Covenant House's incoming Director, Amy Weintraub to conduct the educational and worship service on Sunday, November 5th.
9/8 & 9/9/06 DIVA'S LIVE "an impersonation Vegas review", performed to benefit Covenant House's AIDS Program. Local talent, Ted Brightwell and Anthony Jarrell teamed with national talent, David Lowman, Stephen Scott, Windel Jackson and James "Gypsy" Haake.

4/27/06 Covenant House begins its 25th anniversary celebration with a party at Covenant House to honor those who come to Covenant House on a daily basis; who were instrumental in its beginnings and those who have volunteered and supported us over the years.

Covenant House welcomed its long-time community supporters and volunteers to two public forums. The sessions were informative and presented questions and ideas which the Search Committee will consider in this year of transition.

Julie Archer and Janet Keating gave an update on the WV Clean Election Legislation.
2/20/06 Harry Burch, a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, came by and donated some of his handmade toys for the children who come to our Center.
1/22/06 Sonya, Sara and Christine, medical students at WVU held at fundraiser for Covenant House and brought by a cash donation and leftovers from their bake sale.
